If you would like to explain your problem in more detail (well, any detail at all in fact) it might be possible to help you.

For example, what type of purchase (Google Play, Huawei App Galley, direct from website?); current and new devices; Android and Poweramp versions ; exactly what problem are you experiencing - installation or licence validation? Any error messages? What steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?
