All songs have no artist. all information about the track is written in the title: artist, track name and if there is an album HOW TO DECIDE??

There is no embedded 'tag' information stored within that music file - such as Title, Album, Artist, Genre, Year, etc - so all that Poweramp can do is show you the one thing it does know, which is the filename.

Use a tag editor program (such as MP3Tag or Tagscanner on a PC) to correctly tag all your music files. You may even be able to somewhat automate this by batch parsing the content of filename to build some of the tags.
