andrewilley
Try revoking PA's storage access permissions (in Android app settings) and start again in PA Settings > Library > Music Folders. First enable / grant access to the specific folder that contains your music (not a root folder) and then tick that folder's name in the Music Folders list to be scanned. For older versions of Android (or even some versions of 12) try enabling PA Settings > Misc > File Access Legacy Mode. Have you recently upgraded your Android version (since installing Poweramp)? If so, might be worth clearing app data completely and letting PA reconfigure itself to match the new Android version. Be sure to backup any settings or database items that you've created and want to keep though (Playlists, Ratings, etc) using PA Settings > Export Settings/Data.
