Poweramp won't take focus on head unit when music play by connected android smart phone through bluetooth(note 10)

When music is playing on my android head unit by Poweramp, if the music is played through the phone, which is connected to the head unit through the bluetooth, both music can be heard together, but it is expected that the Poweramp will be paused and only the music of the phone will be heard And when the music of the phone is pause, the music becomes power amp play

That would be up to your head-unit to notify its local Poweramp instance that another audio source has requested focus. Then as long as you also have the Audio Focus options enabled (in the head-unit installation of PA, Settings > Audio > Audio Focus) that version of PA should stop playing. But not all HU's play nicely in that respect:
