Importing Settings Bug / App damaged

I exported all my settings and saved the file in my SD to reset my phone's default settings. After everything is done, i moved the settings file back to the phone's internal memory, installed Poweramp again - Settings - Import and selected the settings file but after doing that, the screen goes black and unresponsive. The only thing i can do to be able to use my phone again is go to the system settings and go back to the phone's desktop. I recorded the process but it won't let me upload it because of file size.

Did the settings file write and copy correctly? How large is it when you look in a file explorer app?
