Digerati
Using build-901-uni Not sure if this option already exists, but when I press < twice on my steering wheel it goes back to the first song in the list when using Android Auto. I sometimes want to go back a few tracks quickly without having to press < slowly. I tried it with a Bluetooth and it works fine, only going back one track at a time no matter how fast I press <. Thanks. Quote Translate Revert translation? andrewilley
There are some button response controls in Settings > Headset/Bluetooth - I use double-click on the 'next' or 'prev' buttons for changing Category (album, folder, etc) for example. But it might also be the headunit itself that is creating different keypress events for double-clicks. Have a look in Settings > Headset/Bluetooth > Last Processed Commands to see what button events the Android Auto device is sending to Poweramp. Andre Quote Translate Revert translation? Digerati
Thanks for the info. I have "double/triple for next/preview track." set for both wired and bluetooth. I just did a test pressing back back on my steering wheel in android auto and it went back to track 1. I have attached screenshots and copied the commands below: Sorry for the red tint, that's due to the Twilight app. ================== 18:50:58.075 PlayerService TOGGLE_PLAY_PAUSE from BaseCommonWidgetProvider resumePlaying ================== 18:51:14.066 MediaSessionCallback onPlay com.google.android.projection.gearhead ================== 18:51:33.844 PSMediaButtonReceiver android.intent.action.MEDIA_BUTTON KEYCODE_MEDIA_PREVIOUS ACTION_DOWN flags=0x4 playerState=1 ================== 18:51:33.862 PSMediaButtonReceiver android.intent.action.MEDIA_BUTTON KEYCODE_MEDIA_PREVIOUS ACTION_UP flags=0x4 playerState=1 ================== 18:51:34.221 PSMediaButtonReceiver android.intent.action.MEDIA_BUTTON KEYCODE_MEDIA_PREVIOUS ACTION_DOWN flags=0x4 playerState=1 ================== 18:51:34.228 PSMediaButtonReceiver android.intent.action.MEDIA_BUTTON KEYCODE_MEDIA_PREVIOUS ACTION_UP flags=0x4 playerState=1 ================== 18:51:34.293 PlayerService PREVIOUS_IN_CAT from PSMediaButtonReceiver ================== 18:52:00.072 MediaSessionCallback onPause com.google.android.projection.gearhead Edited March 26, 2021 by Digerati Quote Translate Revert translation? andrewilley
Odd, the double-press action should go back to the previous category ("PREVIOUS_IN_CAT") not to the first song in the current category. It's the equivalent of using the "<<<" button (prev category) versus "<<" (previous track). Andre Quote Translate Revert translation?
