Tracks are scattered into multiple folders or some tracks that are saved on the phone (file manager shows them) don't show anywhere on the app! Not sure what's going on. I tried rescan and full rescan, still nothing. Pls help on this. Many folders are messed up with some tracks missing or folders are split in two. Tried folder view, reselected music folders, full rescan, even uninstalled and reinstalled Poweramp and Poweramp unlocker...nothing works.
andrewilley
Folders cannot be split in two (albums or other categories can, but folders can't). Embedded tags make no difference in Folders view, the layout should still work and show files even if those files have no tags at all. Could you post a screenshot showing a specific Folders view with one folder title that has been split into two entries? You could also drill down into each of the split folders that are meant to be one and long-press on a song in each one as view Info/Tags which will show you the directory path to that folder. Oh, and make sure you don't have any unnecessary CUE files by the way (or untick the option to process them if you never use them) as that could create a 'pseudo folder' in addition to a real one.
