From Poweramp android app to the pc speakers

Recommended Posts

Yes, a Bluetooth dongle (assuming your PC does not have Bluetooth built in) and some appropriate software on your PC ought to do the trick. A quick Google comes up with https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/bluetooth-audio-receiver/9n9wclwdqs5j for example.

The only wi-fi based output method that PA supports is to send to Chromecast devices, not to PCs. At some stage in the future DLNA may be supported, and then it might be possible to set your PC up to act as some kind of DLNA receiver/client.
