This is debug info which helps investigating hi-res issues or adding support for hi-res for new ROMs/devices.

Poweramp reads various system configs and environment and generates "flags" which contains all possible usable device audio features. Depending on that and few user selectable options, appropriate internal "driver" is selected. To this moment, there are about ~20 of such "drivers" in Poweramp.
