water Posted February 4, 2019 Share Posted February 4, 2019 I'm syncing my iTunes playlists to my Android phone. For some reason Poweramp doesn't properly add the .m3u playlists with a refresh. It's only until I go into the settings and select "Import System Library Playlists" does it finally work. Why do I have to jump through hoops in the settings to do this? Is there a way to add playlists with a simple refresh instead of having to go into settings every time? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
andrewilley Posted February 4, 2019 Share Posted February 4, 2019 All you need to do is place your .M3U files into any folder location that Poweramp is configured to scan for music content. PA will then find and scan them into its Library automatically. Just in case your Playlists folder isn't enabled though, check that it is ticked in Settings > Library > Music Folders. The 'Import System Playlists' feature is only used as a one-off task to bring in any existing playlists that are already in the Android system database on your device.
