Mehrshad Shafaghi Posted January 3, 2019 Share Posted January 3, 2019 I wanted to ask for a built-in scrobbler for last.fm, libre.fm and ListenBrainz. Once you have em in your music player, there's no need for extra apps which take recources and consume battery since most of them may keep the device awake... andrewilley Posted January 4, 2019 Share Posted January 4, 2019 That used to be a feature in PA, but I think it was felt that rather than trying to chase external apps' changing APIs etc, it was easier and more reliable to let the scrobbling companies handle the scrobbling and let PA get on with its real task of actually playing the music.
