Sorry I'm just having a really hard time switching to my new phone I am following the instructions to register my full version player and I get to website to try to enter my gmail and order number but I cannot seem to find a place to enter them. I am running out of days.

Buying through Google Play is the easiest option, it should transfer seamlessly to new devices when your apps are restored. Obviously you need to be using the same Google account.

For website purchases, use the "Already Purchased?" option in the Settings menu (see http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/323889-restore-purchase-from-website-build-550).
