Sounds like you have checked all the obvious things, and your email account is set up correctly in the regular mail app. As we obviously shouldn't be going into personal data details here in an open forum, please can you email support on poweramp.maxmpz@gmail.com with your full purchase details. It would be a good idea to send those screenshots, and mention that you've already read the FAQs so you don't just get a standard reply.
