Ejay Posted January 17, 2018 Share Posted January 17, 2018 I usually use Poweramp offline, when it starts to bug it crashes then ask for my google account. it'll be only fix if i'm in a wifi zone, it's starting to annoy me. any solutions? thank you & more power. andrewilley Posted January 17, 2018 Share Posted January 17, 2018 Unfortunately if a crash caused the licence verification data to be lost the only way to restore it is via an internet connection. See http://support.powerampapp.com/knowledgebase/articles/323557-is-internet-connection-required for more info on the situations when this is officially meant to occur in case any of those apply to you.
