andrewilley Posted January 6, 2018 Share Posted January 6, 2018 Thanks, there are known issues with Oreo (especially 8.1) which should be addressed in the next Poweramp beta release. kamil79123 Posted January 9, 2018 Share Posted January 9, 2018 I may be wrong but the last app release was from april 2016... And you say it will be fixed in the next build. That bug is very important just becuase you can not control music from status bar, you have to enter Poweramp app everytime. Everything except this thing works excellent, only Themes are disabled (but it's okay, does not matter). Sorry, Max is not able to commit to a date, as whenever he does something else seems to crop up which extends the deadline. He last said end of November 2017, but we are now well beyond that and he has not provided any new estimate yet apart from it is almost ready. This particular issue only affects Oreo 8.1 (which is brand new and not available on most devices) and does not impact the core app at all, only the remote control from the Notifications pull-down, so he does not appear to regard it as critical.
