svperstar
This might be a better question for Kenwood people I don't know. I just got a new Kenwood double DIN deck in my car. I had been using Bluetooth in my old car but this new deck supports a direct USB connection. When I plug in via USB in prompts me to download a Kenwood App. I have to hit cancel every time to make it go away. Poweramp is already my default music player. I have downloaded several "default for android apps" and I don't see how to change the default app for USB connections. Its extremely annoying to have to hit cancel every single time just to launch Poweramp
andrewilley
The connection via USB is probably trying to read the phone's memory like an external drive, so the head-unit can play the files from it. That's no the same thing as getting the phone to play audio via the USB connection. Andre
