Extendedpuppet
I have purchased some music from Google Play, but I dislike their player. I really need an equalizer for my Anker Soundcore Mini BT speaker. The Google equalizer actually makes the speaker sound worse, while the Poweramp makes the little speaker sound great. The problem is, when I play the music in Poweramp, their are no album titles or any info at all beyond a generic track #. I am guessing Google saves the music on my device in a non standard way. Is there a way to get song and album info for Google Play purchased and downloaded music to appear properly in Poweramp? Thanks!
andrewilley
Not as far as I know. When you download music from Google they seem to make it deliberately awkward to use outside their app (random filename in their own local folder, no proper tags or artwork included, etc). They must index the files via a database somewhere, but it's not easily accessible from outside their app. Andre
