rafradek
Poweramp 2.0.10 build 571Device: LG p880Android 4.4.4ROM: Cyanogen mod 11Some short audio files still exists in the library even with skipping option enabled. It only happens when they are shorter than 1 second. (And probably only if they are in wav format, but I am not sure)
andrewilley
Make sure that the directory which contains the files that you don't want is not selected in the list found in Settings > Folders and Library > Music Folders. Andre

andrewilley
Ah, I see. And a Full Rescan does not fix it either? Andre

andrewilley
I assume these one-second files are notification sounds and the like? Could you upload a few so someone else can see if they get the same issue with your files? Andre
rafradek
There are some files:https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3978328/ounds/drum-hitclap3.wavhttps://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3978328/ounds/drum-hitwhistle.wavhttps://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3978328/ounds/normal-hitclap2.wavhttps://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3978328/ounds/normal-sliderwhistle2.wavhttps://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/3978328/ounds/soft-sliderslide2.wav
andrewilley
Looks like those files have no duration info provided in their headers, so Poweramp presumably wouldn't be able to retrieve their length on a basic file scan without loading the whole file each time. I tried a 1-second WAV file of my own, with a valid length header, and it was correctly interpreted by the short-file detector. Andre
