jb1zzel Posted December 5, 2012 Share Posted December 5, 2012 I also have an htc sensation xe. It's not possible to enable the beats audio effect with any player but the stock music player. The great thing about Poweramp is that you have an equalizer. It takes a little getting used to, but when you get it right (in my opinion) it sounds ten times better than the beats audio effect enabled with the stock music player. maxmp Posted December 6, 2012 Share Posted December 6, 2012 Poweramp now uses the API published by HTC, "HTC FX" button is available at Poweramp Tone/Vol screen. Note, that this options depends on ROM (supported by latest HTC OTAs) and on some HTC One X ROMs (Eu version) HTC API doesn't seem to work at all.Thanks!
