need help with unlocking

I need help with unlocking, on May 14, 2014 I purchased an unlocker on the website. I successfully changed three phones and everything worked flawlessly, everything was updated via Google Play. I recently changed my phone and my unlocker stopped working. its version is Poweramp-(alt)-Full-Version-Unlocker-1.1-build-21, it is installed but the trial period is not removed. on the old phone version 977 (dark screenshot) everything works, when installed on a new phone there is a time-limited version 976 (light screenshot)... tried several different versions - from this site, from mail, from Google play, all without result. Please give me a link to the player for my unlocker, maybe I'm doing something wrong?

You appear to be in the Russian Federation, which due to current political actions being undertaken by the government means that Google Play services do not allow purchase unlocking. If you contact Poweramp Support (poweramp.maxmpz [at] gmail.com) they can provide you with a separate APK unlocker app which will provide access to your Play Store purchase.

Any website purchases that you may have made are not affected by this and should still work fine. A website purchase is for ONE device at a time though, unlike the Play Store which can be installed on multiple devices using the same Google account.
