Is there buffer for music file itself on storages?

I'm using network drive folder via SAF for music storage.
Because it's a network drive, the connection is unstable and the song keeps stopping.

I think it can be solved with buffer.
Is there any option for this on Poweramp?

I know there is a network stream buffer option but I think it's not applying to this.

There are buffer settings in the Output options. However as Poweramp is designed for local file handling, and one of its goals is low latency, the options are measured in milliseconds to smooth out processing delays, which would probably not be enough to compensate for a flaky/disconnecting wi-fi link. You would be looking more for a buffer that goes on to pre-load a significant part of the whole song after playback has commenced, which is not currently a PA feature. I'll move this to Feature Requests.
