新的设备还能激活，那么旧设备上的poweramp是否需要进行卸载

If you purchased from the Google Play Store you can install on multiple devices as long as you use that same Google account.

If you purchased from the website directly, the licence is for one device at a time - so installing on a new phone would mean revoking the licence on the old one.

@梁远志 Correct, you can install on a new device but you'll need to stop using it on the original one as the website licence only works on one at a time.

Export your settings/data before you start, then you can re-import on your new device. The Export can include playlists, cached artwork, etc.
