Max volume all the time on high res output

Device output at max volume when using high res output can't control through system audio output level but always at max volume all the time

Is that on phone speakers or wired headphones? Try enabling (or disabling) DVC mode. Also turn off any manufacturer added audio mods as they generally don't play well with high-res.

Question, aren't we suppose to first make sure that the treble, bass and equalization is first set to flat? DSP settings off? Last question; if I'm not mistaken when you check the head unit with the SMD tracks wouldn't it be the first 2 tracks and not track 6 which is with overlap? Not picking just trying to understand the difference.

Are you sure you are using the right forum for your questions? This thread is about a Redmi Note 11 issue, not a car head-unit, and doesn't mention anything about specific songs/tracks.

was there any solution to this problem please? i have the same issue on my redmi note 11 after yesterdays update to android 12

@on_di Have you tried turning DVC off, or using a different output method. Go back to defaults for the output menu.
