Same here, right after installing Poweramp my phone kept connecting and disconnecting with my car, therefore my phone was unusable with my 2019 Ford fiesta. After uninstalling it was able to use my phone with my car again. The workaround of enabling AVRCP 1.3 thankfully solved the issue on my oneplus3t, while changing the " No DVC for Bluetooth Absolute Volume" did not held any result. I agree with Puppy of Doom, i really think that this is a Poweramp issue
