  1. Nearly a decade-old thread and we're still hearing "Not yet" regarding a basic feature request that numerous other free music players have long since found ways to implement without issue. I've rated several thousand songs on my device over the past 5+ years (using apps made by developers who are actually receptive to feedback) and have never encountered a single corrupt file, playback glitch, or anything else noteworthy.
  2. Sooo how about that ratings sync feature? I downloaded Poweramp again after not using it for a couple years and was absolutely floored by all the improvements (it might be one of the best UI's I've ever seen), but was/am very disappointed to see ratings sync still isn't there after all these years. I mean that with no disrespect, but I'd wager there are plenty of other people for whom Poweramp isn't even an option just because of this one feature not being present. Not to mention the original post listing "planned features" mentioning ratings sync was from nearly 9 years ago. Anyway.
  3. The ability to assign Ratings in Poweramp that are then written to ID3 tags has been heavily requested for 6 years now. Considering that such a ludicrous amount of time has passed, can we get an official update as to whether or not this is something that will realistically happen? P.S. I'll happily PayPal the developer $60 for this feature.
  4. Well, I've now abandoned all hope that Poweramp will ever handle Ratings in a way that's even remotely useful... but it's still very disappointing, seeing how passionate the PA community is (was) about this feature and how it's been consistently ignored and blown off. And I guess that speaks volumes of the developer. The app advances to a certain point, it's seen as "good enough", then it's no longer supported (or the updates are painfully minor) and users are forced to shift to another option. iSyncr + PlayerPro is a combo that's far from perfect, but at least it's able to accomplish wha
  5. I will send the developers $50 via PayPal if this feature is made to work. Not much, I know, but it's killing me, not being able to use Poweramp as my primary listening app - all because of the inability for Ratings to transfer to my home/desktop library.
  6. PlayerPro does it, so clearly it is not impossible. But it's been 3+ years since this was suggested. I officially doubt it will ever happen.
  7. *sigh* I really love Poweramp. Big time. I've tried other music players casually in the past, but always came back to Poweramp. That being said, I've never used my Android device much for music simply because I've never had enough storage space. Well I just ordered a Nexus 6P with 128GB on a quest to ditch my iPod Touch, and now I'm looking more seriously. Naturally there's no good way to manage music on a Mac and an Android device, but there are some workarounds, like iSyncr. My big requirement is Ratings. So I can use iSyncr, but I'm stuck using their proprietary music player, which is g
