Function: When duplicates of a song are found, Poweramp plays the higher quality file. Why: There's a few songs in which I have two versions, mp3 and flac (mp3 for compatibility across apps, flac for Poweramp). So sometimes when I play by shuffle, Poweramp plays the mp3 version, and I have to manually change to the flac file. How: Scans library for duplicate songs - Files with "same title" or "same title and artist" or "same title and album"or "same title, artist and album" (adjustable by user). Whenever song is played through shuffle or library, play the higher quality file (higher bitrate/bit depth). Also add option to hide the lower quality file altogether.

Stereo delay (aka Haas effect) is an effect that happens when an audio delay between 10 to 40 ms is added to one channel. The effect widens the perceived stereo image (soundstage). The Haas effect (with demo) Method 1: Add it as an alternative of the existing stereo expand. When enabled, the "Stereo expand" knob is replaced with "Stereo delay"/"Haas effect" and unit changed to milliseconds (ms). Method 2: Add a new knob, making it a separate effect (since im not really sure how "Stereo Expand" works, they might coexist well) Demo: Same link as above (scroll to middle of the site to find the demo)
