Stereo delay/Haas effect (Soundstage widener)

Stereo delay (aka Haas effect) is an effect that happens when an audio delay between 10 to 40 ms is added to one channel. The effect widens the perceived stereo image (soundstage).

The Haas effect (with demo)

Method 1:

Add it as an alternative of the existing stereo expand. When enabled, the "Stereo expand" knob is replaced with "Stereo delay"/"Haas effect" and unit changed to milliseconds (ms).

Method 2:

Add a new knob, making it a separate effect (since im not really sure how "Stereo Expand" works, they might coexist well)

Demo: Same link as above (scroll to middle of the site to find the demo)
