I tried to google some information but still no work. (format my SD card, move the music to cellphone to play... etc). My old cell phone is HTC m9+ is working with Poweramp. andrewilley Posted February 5, 2017 Share Posted February 5, 2017 You are trying to play a WMA file (Windows media). While that should mostly work, do you have any other formats you can try? Also it's worth trying the latest alpha-test of Poweramp v3 (build 704, from the Downloads tab at top of the page) which uses a different audio engine and has a few tweaks to better support Android 7.
