Poweramp Unlocker/Purchase Issues

Please use Get Support button in Poweramp license dialog to generate automated email with technical data required to resolve your issue.

This is the fastest way to resolve such issue. Note, that we do not provide support for paid Poweramp Unlocker or any purchase issues on this (public) forum. Please contact poweramp.maxmpz gmail.com for the support - such support requires sensitive private information (order numbers, names, emails, etc.), which is not appropriate for public forum.

Here is Full Version/Purchase Issues F.A.Q.

Common issues are:
- your google account [Play version] or/and email account [website version] differs from the account Poweramp was purchased for
- internet connection issue
- [Play version] sync is disabled for your google account (in Accounts & Sync) or Background Data is disabled
- you're using very old Unlocker version (Unlocker version prior to v1.1)

- wrong version of unlocker - website version won't work for Google Play purchase, and Google Play version won't work for website purchase

- date/time on device is invalid

- your Poweramp is a pirated copy, or your Google Play is a cracked one, or both :)

 

If you are sure none of the above is applying, please:
- uninstall Poweramp Full Version Unlocker
- ensure you have internet connection on the phone up and stable
- install Poweramp Full Version Unlocker from Google Play Store (or website version of Unlocker for website purchases) again. Reinstalls are free.
