Very unhappy with customer service!

I have e-mailed a couple of times asking how to reset my Power Amp that I purchased in November of 2010. I had to do a factory reset on my Droid X. Since I have NOT gotten any response, I will just have to delete the app and make do with the Droid music player. I don't want to pay twice for the same item! :(
