Media Volume on Headset (auto)

Hello, is it possible to make the media volume automatic to 100% when a headset is connectet (wired/bluetooth)?

Or a setting for a volumelevel only for Poweramp and not the system volume?

My media phone is always on 30% and i use a bluetooth headset with Poweramp.

When i use Poweramp i must manually set the volume to 100% on the telephone and later back to 30% (on 100% is the volume to loud in games *g*).

This may be integrated with per output (headset/bt/speaker) eq preset which is planned.
