I am in the process of working on a custom hardware project for use in my car. I've considered quite a few different Android devices to be put under the knife for this, and I am highly considering the NOOKcolor. However, I'm quite hesitant because the NOOKcolor has its own market and SDK. Will Poweramp be available on the NOOKcolor Android market?

I've been considering building my own Android device for use, but with the price of the NOOKcolor, I believe it could possibly be cheaper to buy it and work with its limiting market, since the application will not call for an excessive range of apps (especially not e-reader competitors).

PowerAMP will be available as APK download from this site.

This is coming with the alternative payment methods implementation.

So if Nook is compatible enough with Android OS and Android NDK, nothing prevents PowerAMP from working there and be purchased alternatively.
