You mean "full cover" on now playing screen, which is just adjusting labels below artwork, which third party apps do have, in addition to removal of the options icons you mentioned. There is a way to do it in third party skins, and have an equivalent to the "full cover" option stock skin has. Quote Translate Revert translation?
