Can you add a function to delay the right channel or left channel by 0.035 seconds in the sound effect settings?

Poweramp is my favorite mobile music player and I use it every day. Recently I found that if I delay the right channel of music files by about 0.035 seconds, it sounds interesting with headphones or speakers, and the sound field is very wide, which I like very much, but I need to process each music file once to hear it like this. Can you make the function of delaying the left channel or the right channel in Poweramp?
