minkie555 Posted April 1, 2011 Share Posted April 1, 2011 I have a samsung galaxy s 2.2 and have downloaded the trial and then paid for the full version but it tells me that the licence can't be verified I have inserted the No. from my purchase receipt but it still doesn't allow me to enter. admin Posted April 2, 2011 Share Posted April 2, 2011 Please use the appropriate in-app Support button to get help on this matter.(For market purchases it can be due to the stale Market data cache on the phone, for on-site purchases - wrong google email: it's clear from the "Support" button generated email).Thanks! Please use it to open appropriate Support dialog to send generated email back to me.It will contain information which will help to identify and fix the issue.Thanks!
