Custom Bluetooth delay. Album/Visual Overlay

I use bluetooth to connect to my Pioneer in my car. I used the bluetooth delay to time the visuals and the music/sound coming out my speakers correctly. I noticed when I set the delay to it's highest setting (500ms) there is still a slight delay. It would be great to have a custom setting for this feature. Also, could there be a album/visual overlay? I take a lot of time putting the correct album artwork into my music tags. I'd like to have the feature for a overlay of some type or a small thumbnail in the upper corner to see my album work. This would also help see what song/album I'm on so I could either play the song or skip it depending on what I want to listen to.  Also at the same time be able to see those great visuals.
