Enabling Poweramp equalizer to work with Poweramp and other media players

I was having the exact same issue, but enabling musicfx in both settings as well in the mais equalizer tab allowmed PA to bem recognized. Im using a Huawei p30 pro with PA OpenES Hi-res and wh-1000xm3 with ldac
