  1. checking in to say this issue is still not resolved. would love to see it addressed soon.
  2. Just checked, and both of those were already switched on.
  3. build - v3-build-864-arm64-play [864004-9ee4df69] phone - xiaomi mi mix 3 android ver - android 10qkq1.190828.002, miui global 11.0.3 | stable 11.0.3 (QEEMIXM) I've noticed a bug that seems to have traveled from one car to another leading me to believe it's not a car problem but rather a Poweramp problem. intermittently, when my car connects via bluetooth, the song displayed would be whatever song was playing right before the actual song that is being played. if you move to the next track on the phone, it starts displaying whatever song was last playing whether swiping backward or forward. i seem to be able to fix this issue by killing Poweramp completely on my phone and restarting it, then hitting play/pause. the correct information then updates in the car. this happened in a 2016 kia forte, and is now happening on a 2019 ford fusion when only using bluetooth and not android auto. it seems to only happen when the car is first connected, or when metadata information is being sent from Poweramp after using an app like pandora or spotify. the actual information being displayed in Poweramp is perfectly fine on the phone. only the data being displayed in the car is affected. I'd love to get a picture or screenshot of this happening but i don't always have someone with me with a camera ready to take a picture of both my phone and the dash of my car showing the problem. I'll try and get one if circumstances align.
  4. I'd like to inform that the bug with hierarchy folder sorting has been resolved it seems. Folders remain in alphabetical order. I even deleted an entire subfolder, rescanned to make sure the listing was gone, and copied it back over and re scanned again. After doing this it appeared in the correct order. I even did again, and i was surprised to see the folder appear instantaneously without having to rescan. Good stuff. Would still appreciate an option to select folder specific sorting, but this will definitely do. Will definitely keep a look out for any other issues.
  5. Hey there. During playing around with the latest build of v3, i and several other users noticed an issue where the Folder Heirarchy's sorting did not default to sorting alphabetized by folder as it normally would. After another user directed me to roll back to an earlier build, that issue corrected itself, but i then noticed that there was no option to configure the sorting to your preference at all. There are no sorting options at the root of folder heirarchy, only options to set how you view them, like grid sizes or list sizes. Once you tap the first parent folder, the only sorting options you get are file specific (IE, by track #, By Title, By Filename, etc.), none of which affect the sorting of the folders themselves. If my memory serves me correctly, this was indeed a feature that v2 had, and should absolutely be present in v3. Whatever strange bug is affecting the default a-z sorting in the newest build might be completely mitigated by just implementing proper sorting options for folder structure, similar to how any operating system would do it (IE, by folder name, size, modified date, options for ascending or descending, etc.) Thanks so much for all the hard work, and hope to see v3 become even better!
  6. thank you kindly. Update: Confirmed 797 does not have the folder hierarchy sorting issue. Everything is alphabetized as it should be, though there is no proper option to set any sorting for the folder structure at all. I think i'll post in the thread for wanted features about this specifically.
  7. i get that, but how? where do you get a previous build from?
  8. How do you roll back? I'd probably do the same until my folder sorting issue gets fixed.
  9. Im very much aware of that, but that doesnt matter to me as folder hierarchy is my preferred navigation method and the entire reason i bought this app years ago. I appreciate it but that doesn't fix the issues other users and myself are having.
  10. appreciate the update, but still having the folder hierarchy sorting issue. still no option or way to have them set alphabetically.
  11. Well I'm glad I'm not the only one. Kind ofa big deal to me, as I'm sure others.
  12. It would seem that the ability to basically sort folder hierarchy alphabetically has just completely up and left. Thought something was funky earlier when added new folders to my phone. When i did, they appeared first in the list of folders, despite starting with an h. I also retagged some other files and readded them to my phone, and found that folder literally last even though it started with a d. I cleared all data from the app to see if that would fix it, but now all the folders are jumbled up, and none of the list options affect the order in which they appear, only the tracks within the folders, which makes navigating literally impossible. Am i just not seeing the appropriate option or it's their something wrong with the current release? It only started happening today after updating. Check the attachment to see what I'm talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
