I have a 32 bit 384khz USB DAC, when I use it with my older Samsung A20, Poweramp equalizer shows sample rate of 192khz, but only 48khz when I use it with my newer Samsung A52s 5G. Is there any setting to change that?

So So I if I have DVC enabled, I don't need to use the preamp, ever? (I use parametric EQ, with customized presets.)
