In the main library view; could you add 'year' & 'decade' to the list?

 

I'd like to be able to select everything from a particular year (e.g. everything in the library from 1986) or even everything from a certain decade (e.g. everything in the library from the 1980s).

 

Adding 'year' should be easy as there is an existing 'year' metadata tag. However, I'm not sure about 'decade'...maybe you'd have to tell it to select everything from within a given year range.
