Remove the black album art in Player screen when no album art is available

Hey guys, i was wondering if if was possible to remove the black album art box entirely from the player screen when no album art is available. I would like this because i'm using a transparent skin from the market, Transparent KK by ikorolkov, and while it makes everything else in the player screen transparent, the black album art box still obstructs a majority of the screen. 

 

I've updated to build 555 in hopes that the new No Album Art option would fix that, but unfortunately the problem still persists. Hope you guys get to read this. Thanks for your time and all the hard work!
