Easy Phone sync and playlists

Hi all,

 

I have a question/problem.

 

I own a Samsung galaxy s4.  I used Easy Phone sync to sync music from my iTunes library to the phone.  The 1st sync I did was perfect...playlists all there.  Here lies my problem...I synced the phone again(to add a new playlist) and the playlist is nowhere to be found.

 

The songs are all there.  But for some reason it did not sync the playlist at all.  I tried importing system library playlists, and it just comes up with a "imported: 0".

 

I've tried syncing multiple times; and for some reason, it doesn't matter the phone(as I've tried this on several phones I've owned); the new playlist absolutely refuses to show up.

 

Any thoughts?  This is making me BATTY.
