Problem with albums with same name

Love love this app, by the way. I have tried a lot and finally found one that I understand and can use! It doesn't see THE as the first word of an album! How cool is that?

 

Okay, fangrrl out of the way.

 

I was setting up playlists and discovered that two albums with the same name but different groups were put into one "slot". I fixed it by doing a filter for the one group within the doubled album, editing the tag for the title, and it moved it over to the new album. And it even has the correct album art!

 

So, my question is: is there a way to keep the app from doing that in the future?

 

The music currently on there, I put on by drag and drop from my iTunes folder after I cleaned it up. I just checked and the two groups have their own album inside their folders.
