Anti headphone rumble feature

I think Neutron has a feature like this, but I was thinking that if you were to delete all frequencies below 20hz it would negate the rumble in most standard over-the-ear headphones when you crank the bass up real high, thus giving off a very clean deep bass, since our ears can't even hear frequencies at that level, it wouldnt degrade the sound quality
