Formatting and non-official S.O.

Hello,

I am about to buy the unlocker app for my Android - Motorola Atrix. The problem is: I usually test a lot of differentes non-official S.O., like CyanogenMod, MIUI, NottachTrix, Epsilon, etc... So, I format my cellphone many times. My question is: If I buy the unlocker and format my cellphone, using some different S.O., do I have to buy again the unlocker or the Play Store will understand that I've already buy it, and let me use without any problems?
