Can't verify Poweramp license

I have just got this screen saying 'Can't verify Poweramp license' I have NO email setup on my phone as i don't use it. I went through http://powerampapp.com to get support but the order number they want is totally different to my google order number. and I just get this error

Now it want me to dial the USA (I'm in the UK), this would cost MORE than I paid for the program (Digital Delivery 1 Poweramp Full Version Unlocker £3.07). It's now the Easter weekend and I'm unable to use a program I have paid for.

can ANYBODY help me out here.
