DVC for Bluetooth not available

i've been using Poweramp with my old A52s and it worked just fine, but now on S23 Ultra i can't enable DVC for Bluetooth, it says it's not available, i tweaked every setting from my old phone in case i skipped something but i didn't, i'm using DVC because when i'm lowering the volume on my headphones it won't sound muffled and disorted, but if i do this through volume keys (which is the only option on my S23) the sound and the bass becomes unlistenable
