onmywayup Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 After my phone upgraded to gingerbread, I had to reinstall Poweramp because it was acting really slow and buggy. Problem solved, however, the newly installed version will no longer recognize my paid unlocker.The problem with requesting help through the software itself is that my email with order number is long since deleted. Is there any way to get support without that order number?
