Poweramp erroneously restarts title from the beginning

Hi,

I first came across the problem when my bluetooth switched to TA in my car but it is also 100% reproducible when I insert a digital USB to analog audio converter:

It plays a few milliseconds from the last saved position and starts playing from the beginning of the title.

Poweramp v3-build-882-arm64-play

Pixel 5/Android 11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Insert headphones

2. Start Poweramp and a song

3. Seek somewhere in the middle

4. Remove headphone

5. Insert again
