Folder Question - Unwanted music

I have set music folders to just the one i use which is /mnt/sdcard/external_sd/media/

However when i look at Albums there is a mp3 ringtone i use there. This tone is not on my external sd card so why does it appear in the album list.

It shows as album name sdcard by unknown artist.
